Karen has worked in Early Years Education for many year specialising in SEN. Through Karen’s work in Early Years Education gradually she moved into a Family Support Role, working with Families whose children have life limiting conditions, as well as additional needs. This Role led to Karen growing a passion for working with Families, Adults and Young People. 

Since Karen has been working on the Oasis Family Support Service she has been lucky enough to develop her knowledge and understanding of addiction and how this impacts the Families she works alongside with. 

Karen has also recently had the opportunity to undertake M-PACT training which allows her to support with bringing families back together.
