Donna is one of the Oasis Family Support Practitioners working across East Lindsey and Boston.

She is a qualified teacher who has worked across, primary, secondary and adult education. Donna specialises in SEMH and behaviour with complex needs. She also has experience in adult mental health and in supporting whole families with positive change.

Donna is passionate in supporting Young people,Adults and Families to be resilient and develop strong self confidence and self esteem. What inspires her is seeing how anyone can grow, flourish and push through their own barriers to fulfill what they want in their lives even when this is extremely difficult.
