You can meet with others that share similar experiences for peer support. There will be the opportunity to listen to visiting speakers and share advice

Including referrals to other organisations and arranging meetings between treatment providers, your loved one and yourself so that you can better understand treatment
Drugs and alcohol can have a devastating impact on the loved one’s of a user

We offer an approach that seeks to support you, not judge you or your situation

and anxiety
You may find that you experience stress and anxiety as a result. We can support you with skills around managing some of those anxieties

isolated or unsafe
Not sharing what you are going through can lead you to feeling alone. There may be times that you feel unsafe. We can support by connecting you with others and safety planning.
Financial
Worries
There may be a struggle to cope financially. We can connect you with the right people to help to get your finances in order.
Looking after
everyone but you
You may be struggling to take care of your own wellbeing while looking after everyone else. We can support you to develop strategies for self-care.
